The Senior Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing on marketing strategies and programs designed to maximize brand and sales goals through the messages, experiences, and channels that are most meaningful to our clients and prospects. Your primary goals will be 1) drive sales leads that are aligned with TEAGUE’s long-term growth strategy 2) amplify and grow the TEAGUE brand.

Who We’re Looking For

A team player with both the strategic vision and tactical skills to develop and execute marketing strategies and plans for the company. The ideal candidate will coordinate and drive all marketing editorial projects; lead the creation of non-client content, and develop strategic communications materials for a variety of needs. Strategy-wise, it’ll be up to you to conduct research and analysis to understand core audiences and competitors; conduct data-driven business analytics to develop recommendations for strategy and investment initiatives; and establish tangible business objectives and monitor results. On a tactical level, you’ll be working with business development and design leads to develop storytelling strategies and ensure that content lands on the right platform appropriately and consistently, as well as writing, editing or directing the creation of high impact editorial and/or digital content for case studies, awards entries, microsites and other brand expressions. As a guardian of the TEAGUE brand, it will be your job to ensure that all public facing marketing and company messages are on brand and aligned with our business strategy. You’re also responsible for driving the design and execution of TEAGUE hosted events, content-driven networking opportunities, and the administration and coordination of one-off marketing projects. Finally, we’ll need you to conceptualize and create TEAGUE promotional items that reflect the company's key branding and identity messages.   • Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing plus 5 years of applicable experience with increasing responsibility; experience in a B2B creative agency a must
