The Human Resources Coordinator is an essential point of contact between our people and a variety Human Resource functions. This position also supports the Human Resources Director with large-scale initiatives that reach the entire organization, and collaborates with individual members of the Human Resources team on various initiatives and tasks.

Who We’re Looking For

A personable and level-headed individual with great communication skills, a no-detail-is-too-small approach to organization, and a flexible attitude. You’re adept at juggling multiple projects and tasks with changing priorities, and able to maintain your composure in difficult situations. You’re a creative problem solver, able to generate relevant metrics and recommend solutions quickly. You’re also knowledgeable about local, state and federal employment law and happy to stay in touch with the local HR community by attending local HR conferences, meetups and seminars. You have the skills to coordinate and support various initiatives and actions involving engagement, performance management, training, people changes, legal compliance, payroll and benefits. In addition to working well as part of a team, you’re unfazed by the more technical aspects of the job, such as keeping HR databases up to date, creating and updating employee records, and auditing records and data as requested. You’re also happy to help with background checks, creating onboarding schedules, and handling new hire paperwork. In addition, you’d be responsible for maintaining training materials, creating HR communications, and updating various documents, as well as owning TEAGUE’s recognition program. And in case that doesn’t sound like it will keep you busy enough, you may also find yourself facilitating ergonomic requests, evaluations, and equipment orders; coordinating Open Enrollment, Wellness activities, and benefits orientation; composing employee status change letters; or facilitating L&I claims. You’ll also work closely to support the upcoming HRIS implementation.   • Experience: At least two-years professional experience in an HR role; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
