Why We Need This Position

It’s all well and good that TEAGUE is known for its ingenuity and innovative spirit. But the key to sustaining that success comes from taking care of our own people. And that means making sure that everyone is up to speed on safety protocols and best practices. That’s where you come in.

Fourth, you’ll be responsible for conducting and/or ensuring staff-level training, and conducting internal audits of compliance procedures and policies. Finally, you are adept at building effective relationships across the organization and with clients, as appropriate, to develop awareness and encourage individual ownership of staff-level behaviors and required tasks. Oh, and one last thing: You’ll assist the Facility Security Officer (FSO) to help obtain and maintain the required level of Facility Security Clearances for confidential, secret, and top-secret projects.
